Zahra Jenab – Family Lawyer, Children’s Lawyer, Family Law & Child Protection Mediator, Arbitrator, and BC Hear the Child Interviewer

Zahra has a philosophy of practicing law with compassion. Following a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations, Zahra received her Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1994. Zahra charges at a rate of $500/hour.

Kirsten Tiemann – Designated Paralegal & Certified Legal Coach

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, Kirsten completed the two year Paralegal program at Capilano University in 1996 and has been working as a Paralegal since.

Sepideh Sadeghi – Legal Assistant

Sepideh has extensive experience working with children and youth. She has a Legal Assistant Certificate and has been a vital member of our team since 2021.
